The 30-minute weekly social media routine
Half an hour a week is enough to keep social moving — if you spend it on the right things.
Spend the first ten minutes reviewing last week: one top post, one weak post, and one reply you still owe. Write down one lesson, not ten.
Spend the next ten minutes planning this week: three posts, one per pillar, scheduled at your best times. Leave one slot open for something timely.
Spend the last ten minutes engaging: reply to comments, thank people who shared, and comment on two accounts you admire. Engagement is part of the work, not an extra.
That is it. The routine works because it is small enough to repeat — and repetition, not heroic effort, is what grows an account.
